Wednesday, April 14th, 2004Well it do appear so. We moved hotels for a couple of days while the
majority of our “delegation” is wandering the hinterlands in search of
a China that disappeared (except for maybe Li Jiang) about 200 years
ago. The new digs boast in the room broadband at no charge. A vain
boast, since it’s been out of service for the last 16 hours. Server
admin must have finished his tea and gotten some fixing in.
I’m off to DongHui high again, this time to explore just exactly
what their tech set up and pedagogical approach can handle. heskin
and Arquillos and Moffett suggested e-mail echanges with one or two of
the DongHui folks. I’d like to do something a little more easily
organized and managed, maybe with Blackboard or some blog stuff.
