Blog Dragon enters the Golden Gate

The
Chinese are coming! The Chinese are coming!
And with two more RSVP’s in, from Phil Wolfe and (confirmed!) Issac Mao (giving us a group total of nine) it’s time to determine when and
where to do our “enter the blog dragon” round up.
Perhaps
people will want to hang out with other UCB conference participants after Saturday’s (May 1)
events, so we might want to keep this tentative for now. One
possibility is a brief and food-less get together right after the last Saturday
session. There
are lots of gathering places within an easy walk of the campus
(Shattuck Hotel bar, Hotel Durant), some with wireless (Fertile
Grounds Cafe, Brewed
Awakening). This would allow bloggers to make alternate dinner plans.
If desirable, we could also reserve some restaurant space for a full dinner
event. That requires that interested parties click the comment link
below to state definite interest. If nothing comes together for
Saturday night, we can always arrange to meet in the city (or in Berkeley)
before or after Friday and Saturday.
